The room at Marchlyn was cozy and comfortable, with enough space for our family. We loved the modern bathroom with the bath or shower option - it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I would have preferred an additional bathroom with a shower.

The property was picture perfect with friendly ponies in the fields. The cottage was lovely, spacious, and very clean. The bedrooms had velux windows with stunning views of the mountains and fields. The location was central to the attractions we wanted to visit, such as Llanberis, Betws y coed, and Mount Snowdon railway. There was a petrol station with a mini supermarket nearby and a little shop on one of the streets. We will definitely go back and have already recommended it to our friends.
Felt very cared for, nothing was too much trouble.

My stay at Marchlyn in Caernarfon was absolutely dreamy. Murray and Sharon, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and took us on a tour of the fields with their friendly ponies. The cottage was spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views of the mountains and fields from the velux windows. The lack of light pollution allowed us to stargaze from our beds at night. The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit, and there were convenient shops nearby. I have already recommended Marchlyn to my friends and we can't wait to go back.
Totally recommend this hotel.
